So, as many of you know Robert has been looking for a job in his field of Electrical Engineering for awhile now. He was finally able to find an internship in Rawlins at the Sinclair Oil Refinery that might possibly turn into a permanent position. So, we're moving! I have a lot of mixed feelings, but glad to be finally moving forward with our lives. He starts on Jan 4. We are planning on moving sometime around the 1st.

Thanksgiving
We had a great Thanksgiving this year! Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures. Since my parents are so far away and Robert's parents planned on spending Thanksgiving with their kids in Utah we spent Thanksgiving with some really great friends. We ate at Tim and Kara Hancock's house. Abe and Heidi Hancock were there too as well as some other friends from the ward. It was a really great time. Emma loves to go over there because they have a great play room and there is so many kids to play with. We had great food, played games and then Friday I was up super early for Black Friday shopping! Although it's super early and the crowds are atrocious. It is so fun to go power shop and get such great deals!

Happy Halloween!
We had a great low key Halloween this year! Emma dressed up as an adorable lady bug. It's so hard to get pictures of her lately because she's so busy, but hopefully you can see her costume. The festivities started off with our ward Halloween party. I dressed up as a blonde witch and Robert was a prisoner, but we didn't get any pictures. Then, the next day I took Emma to her Dr.'s office to do some Trick or Treating. On Saturday night we went to the Trunk or Treat and then to Robert's parents house for dinner. Emma loved Trick or Treating and really started to get the hang of it. She especially loved when she was able to choose her treat from the bowl. She would run from car to car and was very tired at the end. I love Halloween and this one seemed to pass quickly, but it sure was fun!

Our Time In Florida
The third week in October Emma and I went to Florida to visit my Grandparents, Dad, and Step-Mom. My poor Robert had to stay and work. We missed him so much! He was so sweet and made me a new cutting board while I was gone. Well, our journey started out by heading down to the temple with our friends Brittany and Spencer. We traded babysitting. It was nice to get to go to the temple together. I love this picture of Emma and I in front of the fountain at the Denver Temple.

Then we headed down to Colorado Springs to spend the night with my cousin Chad and his family before we headed down to the airport the next morning. This is of our little cousin Kenzie and Emma. Her little brother Braden had no interest in getting his picture taken. It was so fun to see their wonderful little family. Let's do it again soon guys!

Then it was time to head off to sunny Florida. Robert dropped us off at the airport and after checking our bags, getting through security, sitting through and almost 3 hour flight, figuring out my way through the Atlanta airport, getting on other hour and a half flight, all with a one and a half year old, we landed in Daytona Beach! It was really beautiful in Florida. It was in the 80's and sunny the whole time we were there. We went shopping, went to the beach, did a little sight seeing around St. Augustine and spent a lot of time with family. Emma loved it and did very well with less sleep and all of the adjustments.

I think Emma loved the beach and carousel the most. She loved the water and wanted to run right into the ocean! Grandpa took her on the carousel and she laughed and smiled the whole time!

The Pumpkin Patch
October was a super busy month for us! It seemed like everyday was planned and every weekend was taken up. We love to go to the Pumpkin Patch and found a way to squeeze it in the week before Halloween. I love these pictures. We had lots of fun with the farm animals. Emma got up close and personal with a goat. We went through the corn maze, on a hay ride out to the pumpkin patch, and we even got to ride these little pedal cars. They had some for Emma's size, but she is still too little to pedal so her dad pushed her around. Then Robert and I were able to pedal some around for adults. Robert and Emma went on a barrel train ride. It was a great day and even a little warmer than we planned on! When we got home we let Emma decorate her very own pumpkin. Since we really were so busy in October Robert and I never got around to carving ours. It was still fun to have the pumpkins though. It was a much needed fun family day.

First Day in Nursery!
Look how much she has grown!
Robert's Birthday and the Splash Park!
Robert turned 28 on August 7th. We had a little party here for him at our house with a few friends. I wish I would have taken more pictures at the party. I tried to make a nice decorated cake for him, but we had a few mishaps so it didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. Oh well! Maybe next year!

Laramie opened a new splash park this summer! Emma loved it. The first time we went she wasn't walking yet so her knees were a little scraped up. Then she started walking and just loved all of the water.

18 Months!
My baby girl is 18 months old! I can't believe it! She has grown so much and changes every day! She finally started walking around 16 months and is now running all over the place. She likes to give kisses and hugs and is very cuddly when she is tired. Robert is teaching her Spanish, so we will have a bilingual baby, but for right now her favorite words are Momma, ball, milk, and she loves to point to her eye and say the word. She loves to play with balls and her favorite things in the whole world are balloons! She also loves to dance! It's so funny! I love being her Mom and wouldn't trade it for anything!
Her Stats are:
Height: 32 in
Weight: 24 lbs 11 oz
Head: 48 cm
All average except for her large head!:)
