Some More Everydaynesses!!!

 

Here are some pictures I took with my phone that I wanted to get on the blog. Jakob is getting so big, so fast! These are a few weeks old. He has already changed so much. He was probably 8-10 weeks in these pictures.

 

Emma LOVES her brother! She loves to hold him and does a really good job!

2 months!

Jakob is 2 months old! I can't believe it! He had his appointment and he is doing great! He weighed 12lbs 2oz. He is in about the 60th percentile for his weight.  Emma was not happy about him getting his shots. After the nurses left she said "Why did you let them do that!" Then she gave him a hug and said, "I'm so sorry that happened Jakob." It was so cute how protective she was.  He started smiling about a week ago. He doesn't smile a ton though. He was very interested in the light from the window instead of me in these pictures. We love him so much! He is so fun. He sometimes sleeps through the night. He usually will go 4-5 hours though.

Happy Birthday to Mama!

This year was a fantastic birthday! We had some really good friends that moved from here to Rock Springs so went to spend the day with them. We arrived at their house and Emma was super excited to play with her best friend Maggie and her sister Zoey. I fed Jakob and then Amber and I were off for a day of fun. We headed to the mall to do some shopping, then lunch, and then back for more shopping! After I fed Jakob we went to get pedicures! Then we headed back to pick up our husbands for dinner. The girls had a babysitter and we headed to the restaurant by the golf course. It was a fun yummy dinner. Then we headed back to get Emma. We stayed for a little bit to visit and then headed home. It was such a great day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a fun Valentine's Day. The day before Emma had her Valentine's party at school. She had so much fun and got a load of goodies in her box. We started out the fun day with some morning surprises for Emma: balloons, candy, and a book. Then Emma and I went to deliver some Valentines to some of her friends. She had so much fun. Then later we had a fun little Valentines family dinner and played a game.

Blessing Day

 

Jakob was blessed today!

 

 

It was a great day! Grandpa and Grandma Wilhelm made it over from Laramie. Emma was sooooo excited to have them here. Jakob did so good. He just slept through the whole thing.  It was a very special day!



Lots of Fun Times . . .

A couple of weeks ago we went bowling for a Young Women's activity and I took Emma with me. She had the time of her life! She thought bowling was the greatest thing ever. Everything was exciting from the shoes, to knocking down pins. It was so cute!
