We had a great Christmas this year! It was full of lots of fun memories. We kicked off a few days before Chrismtas when Grandpa and Grandma Wilhelm, Robert's brother Ken and his family came to participate in the age old Wilhelm tradition . . . Gingerbread houses!
Emma and Grandpa decided to spend some time reading stories.
Our Creation!
Next, since we were planning on traveling all the way to Mesquite, NV for Christmas we decided to give a couple of her larger presents from her grandparents and open our stockings.
Next, we started our journe to Mesquite on Wednesday afternoon. We stayed in Salt Lake with Robert's brother Carl and family, but before we went there we went to Temple Square. This is my favorite place at Chrismas time. It was super busy with tons of people, but so pretty with the light snow falling.
Finally, we made it to Mesquite. It was nice to have warm weather to be outside. We went to dinner and Emma had a blast throwing pennies in the fountain.
We had lots of fun and a great Chrismtas. Here are Emma and Grammy blowing bubbles.
Emma got to feed the fish in the pond.
Emma's Christmas Eve Jammies! She got Dora jammies, Dora slippers, and a Dora night light.
Emma's rocking horse from Santa!
