Here are some other things we've been doing this summer.

Emma didn't really have any toys to play with in the backyard. So, this summer she got a special present that she has been wanting . . . a playhouse! Here she is helping Daddy build it!

Denver Trip

In the middle of July we were able to go down to Denver to see more of my family! Yay! We arrived Friday afternoon and Emma went swimming with Grandpa at the pool in the hotel. It was so cute as soon as she saw Grandpa and Grandma she ran right up to them. After swimming we got ready to go to a party at my Uncle Bill and Aunt Holly's house. My Aunt throws the best parties and this one was for my cousin and her husband who had just been married the day before. I never get enough pictures, but here are the ones I took.

The next morning we went to the Aquariam! We had a lot of fun. Emma loved all of the fish. The sharks were awesome! But, the mermaids were her favorite part.

She fell asleep at lunch after the aquarium. She was up late the night before, it was nap time.

After a late lunch we went back to the Hotel for more swimming and then a bath.

That night we went to Boulder and ate at the Cheesecake Factory and then we took a walk around downtown Boulder.

The next morning we said goodbye to everyone pretty early because they were flying back to Arkansas. We got up and got ready and headed back to Rawlins. It was a fun weekend that went way too fast! We are so excited for Eliza and Yan's wedding in October!



Fun Trip To Utah!

We were in need of seeing some family and doing some fun stuff. It was time to get out of Rawlins. My cousin Scott lives in Taylorsville so we went for a visit! We all had a wonderful time. We got there about 9:30 on Friday night. We visited for a little bit and then went to sleep. On Saturday morning we woke and went right to the zoo. It was sooo fun! It got a little hot in the afternoon, but we had a great day! After the Zoo Robert and I went to the temple while Scott and Brooke watched Emma. When we got back Emma wasn't feeling too well. She had a high fever. So we decided to stay in and babysit Duncan and let Scott and Brooke go out. Overall we had an awesome trip. Thanks Scott, Brooke, and Duncan!

The zoo has a new Rocky Shores exhibit. It's has seals, sea lions, and a awesome polar bear!

This polar bear was awesome, it would dive under water swim to the wall, kick off the wall onto it's back and then do it all over agian. So fun!

After the zoo Emma ended up with a fever and the next day we went to urgent care to get her checked out. Turns out it was just a throat virus, poor thing!
