Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a good Thanksgiving with Robert's family this year. We stayed with Carl at his house and then had dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's house.

There was lots of snow the day before Thanksgiving. Jakob got to play in it for the first time. He was excited but didn't know quite what to do with it.

Friday morning after lots of Black Friday shopping Jakob woke up with pink eye so we headed to the doctor and he also had two ear infections. We decided to leave that night after looking at the lights on temple square. We went to eat at Crown Burger and then went to look at the lights. It was soooooo cold!!! We did not spend much time it was freezing.

 

This was probably the only moment Jakob was happy.

 

 



House Update

We had some fun visitors on Sunday. My good friend from high school David Kiren and his mom stopped by. It was so good to see them. We were able to show them our house so I took some pictures of the inside. They are getting very close to having it done. Hopefully we will be in by the 10th of December.

Our Emma had a tough weekend and a tough beginning to the week. She had fevers Saturday- Monday. Then on Monday she ran into the wall and got a huge goose egg. Poor Baby Girl!

Santa Pictures

We scheduled to take these the same day as our family pictures so Jakob still wasn't feeling great. We still were able to get some really cute ones though.

 

 

Family Photo Shoot

Our family photo shoot did not go super great this year. Our little Jakob wasn't feeling too good. We took him to the Doctor on Friday morning. He had croup and an ear infection. Poor baby. We had planned on heading to Utah so we went ahead and got on the road after getting his medicine We thought with all of his medicine he would be feeling better for pictures, but he didn't have much patience. Robert's sister Denise took our pictures and he was fine to play at her house but didn't want much to do with the pictures. We still got what we needed though so it worked out ok.

 

 

 



Halloween Fun!

We had an awesome busy Halloween this year! The festivities started on Friday. Emma had her party at school. She wanted to be a Cheetah, but did not want to wear her hood.

That night we had the Trunk or Treat at church. I didn't get any pictures because Daddy had to work and I had my hands full with all of the trunk or treating.

We did some serious trick or treating. The night ended with the moms and kids hiding out in Willdens house while the Dad ran back and got the cars. We had some worn out kids. So fun!
