Martin's Cove

One thing we wanted to make sure we did this summer was visit Martin's Cove. It's only about an hour away from us. We went a few weeks ago and I almost forgot to blog about it. We went through the visitor's center, the museum, and pulled a handcart with the kids in the back. It was a great experience to learn more about the pioneers and all they went through.

I had to post this picture because it's hilarious!

18 Months!

I am a little behind on this post. I could not get these pictures off my camera until now. Jakob is actually 20 months old now. At 18 months he finally started walking all the time and not crawling/walking. He has the best personality. He loves to be silly and funny. He is also very loving. He loves snuggles, hugs, and kisses. He says I love you by blowing you a kiss. He can sign please, thank you, and all done. He says Mama, Dada, Emma, yeah, shakes his head no, ball and he says lots of other sounds that I can't quite understand yet. He LOVES balls and cars. He makes the cutest car sounds. He loves to fart and thinks its hilarious. He laughs and laughs. He screams a lot and knows what he wants. He is a pretty good sleeper which makes his mama happy. He is not a good eater. He loves, yogurt, applesauce, granola bars, scrambled eggs, cereal and MILK! Milk is his very favorite thing ever! He will eat other things if he feels like it. He also loves bubbles and his favorite thing in the whole world is his ducky. When you give it to him he giggles with delight and snuggles it right into his face. So cute! Here are the best I could do with his 18 month pictures.

Emma's riding a bike!

Emma learned to ride her bike without training wheels! She is doing so good and loves any chance she gets to ride!

Fun Weekend

We had a great time Saturday in Denver. We were able to go to the temple and then do some shopping afterwards. It was a fun family day! These kinds of days are normal Saturdays to most people but to us they are a treat! It was awesome to be able to go to the temple and super fun to hit up some of these stores!

My cuties at the temple.

Quick dinner at Sam's Club!

They  had so much fun in this car cart at home depot!

Wilhelm Family Reunion

This last weekend was the Wilhelm family reunion. I din't get very many pictures, but one thing we did that was really cool was go up to the Olympic Training Center in Park City. It was so fun to watch the ski jumpers jump into the water.

Emma's all set to travel!

The Olympic Training Center!

This was so awesome to see!

Aunt Denise, Carleigh, And Emma had a lot of fun riding in the back of our van!

Date Night and House Update!

Robert and I had an awesome little date night right before we left for the Family Reunion. We ate at a restaurant called Bunkerz on the golf course. We ate outside and that is a rare occurrence here in Rawlins. It was beautiful! We watched bunnies and antelope munch on the grass. It was so fun to be there together.

Framing has commenced! They are making so much quick progress! It's really exciting!

Summerfest in Rawlins

This last Saturday was Rawlins Summerfest. Emma had a blast and was super sad when we left. Of course she had her face painted like a cheetah.

Then the bouncy house. Jakob loved it!

Emma was able to ride a horse and she loved it.

That night we headed to a rodeo in Saratoga. It was so fun!

This last week I've been taking care of this cute girl, Tinsley. She's here visiting her Dad for the week. Emma and her had so much fun!

My Mom and Sister sent me some flowers this week. So pretty!
