Emma's 6 Year Old Pictures!

Our friend Cheryl took some awesome pictures of Emma a couple weeks ago. Emma has done so great in kindergarten this year. I'm amazed by how much she is learning. She has a great teacher and great friends. I can't believe she is already 6!

Snuggles

Jakob loves to go and snuggle with his sissy in the morning. He gives her big hugs and is so happy to see her. These were taken right before our move. Yep, we moved into a little old house. We are currently waiting on city permits to start digging. We are praying and praying that our house gets built fast. 

Spring Break Getaway!

 During Emma's spring break we were able to have a fun afternoon and evening in Laramie. We went to the rec center pool. The kids loved swimming and we had so much fun!

Emma loved this slide. She slid down over and over again. 

After the pool we went  and took a little tour of our alma mater. There are so many new buildings and things to see at UW.  

Next, we hit up one of our favorite Mexican restaurants Corona Village.

Easter Dress

I finally got a picture of Emma in her Easter dress. My pretty girl is growing up so fast!

We had a great Easter this year! Egg hunts, bunnies, and celebrating the resurrection of our Savior.

Jakob was not a big fan of the Easter Bunny!

On Saturday morning we went to the Saratoga Resort for an Egg Hunt! It was organized really well and we had a good time!

The rest of the day was spent watching General Conference and packing. 

Egg coloring time!

In these pictures it all looks calm and easy going. What you don't see it that Mom accidentally knocked over the green dye and it was a disaster. Luckily it came out of Jakob's and Daddy's clothes and it mopped up just fine. How crazy! We watched the movie "Hop" on the kindle while we dyed eggs. Emma had so much fun she just kept dying through all of the commotion. She kept saying, "I'm cruisin'." What a kid!

The Easter Bunny brought fun baskets and hid LOTS of eggs inside and outside of our house. 

Yep he's wearing Christmas jammies. These were his second pair of the night. 

After the egg hunt we settled down to watch General Conference. Later that evening we went to our good friends, the Mills, house for dinner. It was fun to spend time with friends and enjoy the rest of the holiday. 

On a side note we've also been doing some of this lately. There is still so much to do!  Jakob likes to help me. He also is learning to climb all over the boxes. Makes Mama a little nervous. 

Big News!

Nope, no new baby yet. But, . . . we are building a house! We actually are quite a bit into the process. Our current house is under contract so we will be living in a rental while our house gets finished. Our builder is finishing a couple of other houses so hopefully our house will start soon. We have our plans and have even started customizing. So exciting! It should be done by the end of June. We are excited!
