Grandpa Dave comes to visit!

A couple weeks ago my Dad came for a visit. Emma was so excited! She did a lot of fun things with Grandpa Dave!

We went to dinner.

Watched a movie.

Played a game!

Went running!

Read stories!

We also went to McDonalds and played Tball. It was such a fun quick visit. Can't wait for next year!

Jakob's First Foods!

Jakob started cereal a couple weeks ago. A big milestone! He didn't love at first, but now he has it figured out. He loves it and eats like a champ!

Lovies

One night Jakob decided to be really sweet and give me tons of kisses and hugs. This is a rare occurrence and it just melted my heart. He would give me a kiss and then turn his cheek and give me a hug. He kept doing it over and over again. I loves how he grabbed my face. So sweet. This never happens. I might gee one kiss or hug once in a while. I love this little guy!

Soccer!

Emma played soccer the whole month of May. It was her first time and she did good. I think she had fun, but I don't think she loved it. Her little team had never won a game, but they tried hard. It was freezing for half the season, but it was really fun to watch her play a sport.

She was so excited she got a trophy! She even slept with it that night!

Emma's Preschool Graduation!

We have our first graduate! Emma's preschool had such a cute little program. They sang some cute songs and then they each received their diploma. When they said their name they also said what each child wanted to do when they grew up. Emma said she wants to be a doctor and a mom. How cute! Now, our little girl is very excited and ready for kindergarten!

5 Months Old!

Look at this little guy! He is just growing so fast! Jakob is so much fun. He loves to laugh and smile at us. His Sister is actually really good at making him laugh. At 5 months his big thing is rolling from his tummy to his back. He loves when Daddy comes home and just stares at and watches Robert. If he is in a good mood he will give us big smiles and laughs when we talk to him or tickle him. He is just a joy. I am so grateful to have my boy and all the happiness he brings to our home.

Mother's Day Weekend (Catching Up!)

My little munchkins. Seriously, it is the BEST ever being a Mom. I love it! To say that I love them is an understatement. They bring so much happiness to me and they make me better everyday. I cherish every moment with them ( well, most of the moments) :)

My Mother's Day present was SNOW and lots of it! It just kept coming down. Emma had so much fun playing in it. She loved that her and Daddy built "Olaf" together!
