Happy Halloween!

 

 

We had a great Halloween this year. We carved and colored pumpkins a couple days before. Then on Halloween day we started off with a party at preschool. Emma had so much fun! Then we went home had lunch, and a nap. After that we headed out with some friends to trick or treat downtown. Then, we went home for dinner and headed out again to the Trunk or Treat at church. Emma loved being a bumble bee! The weather was beautiful and we had such a fun day!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Goodbye Utt Family!

Our good friends the Utts moved at the end of October. They will be greatly missed and Emma will surely miss her bestie, Caroline!

 

 

Wedding Trip

 

In October we were able to to go to Florida for my sister Eliza's wedding. We had a blast. We were able to see so much family and the wedding was beautiful.

 

 

Emma had a blast riding up and down the escalator at the airport.

Thanks to Hurricane Sandy a beach wedding turned into and indoor wedding.

 



Second Dentist Appointment!

Miss Emma Bug had her 2nd dentist appointment. She did a lot better than last time and they actually let them clean her teeth! She did have on small cavity way in the back. So we are headed back soon.  She even watched a movie while they worked on her.  

 

 



Eliza's Bridal Shower

At the end of September I flew down to Arkansas for my sister Eliza's bridal shower. Lizey and her fiancee Jan picked me up from the airport. We had a few hours before we picked up our cousin Becky so were able to spend some time together. I was able to see their apartment and where Eliza went to school. Our Aunt Holly and Cousin Becky did a great job planning the shower. It was a beautiful bridal shower and so fun! It was also fun to see my Dad and Stepmom and other family. It was a fast and furious trip, but so worth it. Congratulations to Eliza and Jan!

 

 

After the shower we went out to dinner and barbecue place in Missouri. 

David's Birthday

 

In September we were able to attend my good friend from high school, David's, birthday party! It was all a big surprise.  His sister Donna lives in Cheyenne and he was visitng his parents in Kemmerer. He and his parents were planning on making a trip over to Cheyenne. They stopped in Rawlins and went to lunch with us. It was a great visit and so hard not to mention that we were planning on spending the weekend in Cheyenne. On Friday night we headed to Donna's house. David so surprised and soon even more friends showed up to celebrate. Inclding our friend Freya from highs school. It was so good to see her. We had a fabulous time. The next morning we headed out to do some serious shopping that we hadn't been able to do. It was such a fun weekend with old friends and good times.

 

 

 

This is what happens wehn we do shopping for 2 months all at once! Of course, not including groceries.

Happy Anniversary!

 

Yesterday was our 6 year Anniversary! Since it's Conference weekend we celebrated on Friday night. We needed to do some shopping in Casper so we decided to make it a family celebration! We went to Red Lobster for dinner. YUM! Then to Sam's Club and Target! Living here in Rawlins this is a pretty fun and exciting night! I can't believe it's been 6 years! It has been quite the journey, but a very Blessed journey! I am so grateful to have Robert and our wonderful life together!
